‘Lintzagenopmaat’ is a metal supplier in the field of customized and bespoke band saws for professional makers, woodworkers, metalworkers and food industry. The special thing about their offer is that they can offer a solution for every application.
On their previous website rather unclear technical terms were communicated towards customers and LOM regularly had to deal with incorrectly ordered products. Lintzagenopmaat.nl briefed me: ‘’how can we better guide our customers in choosing a suitable product for the right application without using fuzzy technical terms?’’ Moreover, their current identity was outdated and ready for a more mature and sustainable form.
In search for the best solution I did research into the user experience and mapped this out. This outcome also provided the content to design the new interface. In collaboration with Witweb, a specially tailored configuration has been generated to enable LOM customers to set the right product. For the new identity, I opted for a fresh, technical, business and informative look and feel with a modern and timeless character.
